Yes, I went to check out Perpetual Motion Machine again a week and a half ago at Temple. Yes, they were awesome as usual. And they’ve got quite the groupies I’ve come to learn, including the wonderful Ruby. Seriously though, some of those chicks are fabulously crazy. Can’t really blame them though when you’re listening to this…

Just gets those juices going don’t it? I’ve kinda exhausted myself in singing the praises for PMM, but they have such a vast collection of tunes that instantly engrain themselves on your brain, that I won’t be satisfied till I have them all. Take “Beihai”, for instance, which on the surface seems like it should be a little throwaway tune – but somehow through the course of three minutes, ropes you in, and gets you all nostalgic for reasons you can’t even phantom.
